Wheatgrass Dalgona Coffee

Instead of using regular milk, substitute it with 1 cup of any unsweetened milk (it can be dairy, oatmilk, almond milk). Add 1/2 ripe banana (frozen is better) with 1 tablespoon of chopped wheatgrass. Blend it on high until smooth. Top it with generous dollops of dalgona coffee.
This is a great way to boost the nutritional value and at the same time camouflage the taste and texture of the wheatgrass.
