Peashoots Salad With Orange Gin Dressing
The dressing steals the show in this salad. It is refreshing, fresh and delicious! You can use this dressing with any greens. We have used peashoots here with Granny Smith apples and strawberries. It’s a fruity combination. The recipe here is with citrus fruits. Trust me, this dressing is so delicious, it will compliment any combination of greens, fruits and vegetables. Try with avocados and beets for a more filling meal.
