Aloo Paratha (Flatbread stuffed with mashed potatoes)

APs as they are lovingly called in Indian household are devored by young and old. Soft stuffed hot breads are sure to delight any palate. But what’s hushed is the carb overload that the APs are full of. A simple very easy way to enhance the nutritive value of this favorite recipe is to add chopped wheatgrass to the dough. It can be shredded and added to the potato stuffing as well. Both additions do not alter the taste.

Dough preparation for parathas or chapatis by hand needs practice and skill.
